Directions of use :

Sprinkle water over the compress until it soaks. Then steam it for 15 minutes or microwave it for 2-3 minutes until heated through. One compress should be applied to the area to be treated until it has cooled, and then returned to the steamer 3-4 times. Afterwards the other should be applied. Wait 15-20 minutes before rinsing. After use, store in fridge for up to one month. Suitable for 3-4 treatments.
